          Customer questions & answers

Question: What size/weight anchor does this float require?
Answer: we generally just tie it to the dock but have talked about tyeing it to a cinder block.

Question: Can kids jump onto this from pool edge?
Answer: They can but it will act like a trampoline and May send them flying

Question: How much weight can it hold
Answer: The information says 400 pounds.

Question: Anyone have any suggestions on how to clean this raft? It’s very cozy and the fabric is so soft but it’s getting dirt spots on it.
Answer: lay the raft (soft side up) on a hard surface... dock, driveway lawn. Grab warm water in a bucket with dish soap. Wash and scrub with a "soft" brush - I use one a car wash style brush. Hard bristles will damage the soft cover. Soap and water will remove dirt and mildew but not grease.
Once cleaned rinse off with a hose, medium pressure (not the jet stream). I then stand on edge against house in direct sunlight till fully dry.
